PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER


We make every effort to deliver to you quickly.
We work with trusted transporters to guarantee delivery under the best conditions.

From Monday to Friday, any order received before eleven a.m. (11:00 a.m.) is processed by our logistics department no later than the following afternoon and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours. You can track the progress of your order in real time and you will be notified at each step.

You will receive an email informing you that your package has shipped, along with a tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment on our transporter's website. A link to the transporter's platform will be provided. Please notify the transporter directly of any change of address or in the event of absence.

DELIVERY CHARGES


We deliver in the UK only. 
Please visit kapla.com for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland or to mainland Europe.


SHIPPING & CUSTOM FEES

Shipping fees and custom fees are calculated according to your specific order, in agreement with the new regulations following the Brexit.

Please note that additional charges may exceptionally be applied in the case of delivery to an inaccessible or remote location.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS


In case of delayed shipping, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time. In accordance with legal provisions, in case of late delivery, you have the option of cancelling the order under the terms and conditions defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code.

If, in the meantime, you receive the product, we will reimburse it and cover the shipping costs under the conditions of article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code. 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

You deserve perfect planks!

If your package is damaged upon receipt, please refuse it. We will ship another one to you immediately.

If your product is damaged or defective, please send us pictures by email within 7 working days. If the anomaly is noted by our after-sales service, we will send a transporter to recover the product free of charge and proceed directly with replacement or refund.

RIGHT OF RETRACTATION

You have the right to change your mind.

We are certain that KAPLA planks will meet with your complete satisfaction. However, you have the right to reverse your decision. We agree to reimburse you within 30 days for any unopened product returned at your expense within 10 days.
